Helping a global policy organisation find its voice in an age of AI, geopolitics, and noise.
I helped take a complex, often abstract organisation and turned it into something people could actually understand, trust, and engage with. Over five years, I led the Institute’s global creative and brand transformation, building an in-house studio from scratch, shaping how the organisation showed up across geopolitics, AI, public health, and governance, and translating policy thinking into stories that could travel across cultures and continents. My work sat at the intersection of politics, technology, and narrative: from campaigns that increased global engagement, to films and thought leadership with Tony Blair himself, to partnerships with organisations like OpenAI and DeepMind. Much of the job was about clarity, helping leaders, governments, and audiences see what mattered, why it mattered, and what could actually be done next.
